In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mio77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the mio77 platform and its operating entity, which holds an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" refers to the mio77 website accessible at https://mio77.pro, including all associated pages, sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the m io77 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotion terms.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback, or reload bonus credited to a Player's Account by mio77.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that mio77 requires all Players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "IDR" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency used on the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or illegal under local law.

By registering an Account on mio77, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. mio77 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and are doing so voluntarily, understanding the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by mio77 for any reason.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must complete the registration process and create an Account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.
• Each Player may hold only one Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. mio77 may merge or close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings generated across those Accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party.
• mio77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify mio77 immediately at [email protected].
• mio77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

mio77 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card or passport).
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (such as a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account, or your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay registered mobile number).

mio77 may request additional documentation at any time, including where unusual activity is detected on an Account. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made through the payment methods available in your Account cashier at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are denominated in IDR.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier page within your Account for current minimum and maximum deposit limits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within two to five minutes.
• mio77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments from unverified or anonymous sources.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified Accounts with no outstanding active bonus wagering requirements will have withdrawal requests processed within five minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• mio77 reserves the right to apply standard fraud prevention checks to any withdrawal request. During such checks, processing may be paused for up to 24 hours.

mio77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in question, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Welcome Bonus: New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rp 5.000.000. This offer is available once per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on mio77 are between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your Account.
• Abuse Prevention: mio77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across markets, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Accounts.
• mio77 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already activated a promotion will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirement under the original terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the mio77 Platform, including sports betting, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bingo, and live dealer games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mio77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform.
• mio77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game session, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game studio's rules at the point of interruption. Where settlement is not determinable, mio77 may void affected bets and return the staked amounts.
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply to all products on the Platform. These limits vary by sport, market, game type, and Player tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets on football markets, a minimum of three selections is required. If one or more selections within a mix parlay is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mio77 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform or any game software for financial gain. Players who discover such errors are required to notify mio77 immediately and must not exploit them.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available at the time the bet is placed.
• Money laundering, layering, or using the Platform for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Opening or using an Account in the name of, or on behalf of, any third party.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or fraud prevention system operated by mio77.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to mask your geographical location or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

mio77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all Players. We provide a suite of tools that Players may use at any time to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any mio77 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without our prior written authorisation.

mio77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mio77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where:

• A Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected on the Account.
• A Player is found to be a minor (under 21 years of age).
• mio77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, mio77 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any eligible real-money balance will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method.

mio77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.
